Domaine Christian Sérafin, one of Burgundies finest vignerons, is situated at the top of the village and just below the famed vineyard of Cazetiers. We are very pleased to represent these outstanding wines.
The farming here is completely organic and the yields are often well below the allowable charge. These wines show strength and elegance at the same time and are often considered some of the finest examples from the villages of Gevrey-Chambertin, Morey St. Denis and Chambolle-Musigny. All of the wines are fermented and aged in barrels for up to 14 months.
